What is an air layer fabric?

The air layer fabric is a kind of textile auxiliary material. The cotton fabric is soaked in a chemical aqueous solution. After soaking, the surface of the fabric is covered with countless ultra-fine hairs. Those fine hairs can make the surface of the fabric produce a very thin layer of air. There is also a layer of two different fabrics stitched together, and the gap in the middle is also called an air layer. The raw materials of the air layer are polyester, polyester spandex, polyester cotton spandex and so on. Air layer fabrics are becoming more and more popular among buyers from all over the world. Like sandwich mesh fabrics, a large number of products use it.

What are the characteristics of  air layer fabrics?

　　The key to the air layer fabric is that it has the function of cold and warmth. According to the structural design, the inner, middle and outer three pieces of textile structure are selected, and then a gas barrier is generated in the textile, which plays a role of cold and warmth.

　The air layer fabric is not easy to cause wrinkles. The liquid-air layer fabric is a three-layer structure with a large gap in the middle. The surface layer is made of pure cotton fabric, so it has the effect of moisture absorption and moisture retention.

　　Because of the special nature of the air layer fabric, it must be hung during storage and cannot be folded for storage, otherwise creases will appear, which will be difficult to restore for a long time and affect the appearance. Also need to pay attention to is that there should be no snags to avoid the touch of sharp objects.
